- Writing of the minutes.
- Start-up and follow-up of the agreements adopted in the Boards, both Ordinary and Extraordinary.
- Preparation of the calls, and annual monitoring of the same, notifying the owners and the Community itself, of the celebration of the different annual meetings.
- Presence of the Secretary-Administrator, or in his absence of a representative of the Administration, in each and every one of the Ordinary or Extraordinary Meetings to be held.
- Preparation of bulletins or documents that would have occurred in each situation.
